As a building certifier with over 30 years’ experience Dan has worked on all types of building projects from detached dwellings to high-rise residential & office towers and large education & health buildings.

Dan has postgraduate qualifications in building fire safety and extensive experience in compliance auditing of buildings.

James Culwick
Associate Director
James has over 12 years’ experience in building certification. He has become highly experienced with dealing with complex high-rise commercial buildings, government defence and educational buildings.

Having worked in Building Surveying both within Australia and the UK, James has is developed extensive knowledge on the intent and application of the regulations.
