Dan Caldwell
As a Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, Dan has worked on all types of projects from high-rise residential, public buildings, office towers and large education and health buildings.
Dan has postgraduate qualifications in building fire safety and extensive experience in compliance auditing of buildings, is a qualified carpenter and was previously a registered builder.

Director
James Culwick
James has over 12 years’ experience in Building Surveying and Building Control. He has become highly experienced with dealing with complex commercial and public buildings, government, defence and educational buildings.
Having worked in Building Surveying both within Australia and the UK, James has is developed extensive knowledge on the intent and application of the regulations across the National Construction Code and International Building Codes.

Director
Matthew Kennedy
Matthew has over 10 years’ experience in building surveying, with extensive involvement in the delivery of complex commercial, public, and institutional projects. He has held senior leadership roles, providing supervision and oversight of building approvals and compliance across all stages of project delivery.
Matthew has strong technical expertise in the application of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and associated planning and building legislation. His experience includes managing complex regulatory issues, coordinating with specialist consultants, and providing strategic advice on approval pathways, compliance risk, and project delivery outcomes.
